“Now and then I have found teachers whom I trust so I simply do what they tell me to do to the best of my ability. Sarah is one of those and there is no question that following her guidance has made a delightful difference in how I feel - energy level, emotional stability, and self confidence. My experience with Sarah's coaching was a positive one.  Her guidance helped me to institute nurturing practices to move towards restoring balance in my life both in a physical and emotional way. The improvement in my mental emotional state which I didn't even realize was in need of repair.... was really astonishing to me. I hadn't realized that I could improve my reactionary state with the pranayama practices that Sarah recommended.  Sarah tuned into what were some of my persistent problems and offered practical advice that gave me an improved state of being.
